We do everything we can to get the queens to you as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible if the carrier loses, overheats, or freezes them. Shipping is entirely at your own risk.

Note: You must respect the pickup day/week you selected for your order. We cannot postpone orders. The queens are non-refundable.

We receive a random mix of these genetics. If you want a specific genetic strain, you must place your order at least 5 weeks in advance of your desired arrival date.*

Shipping notice

We remind you that queen bees are living beings extremely sensitive to heat and temperature variations during transport.

Once the package is delivered by UPS Or Canada Post, it is from your responsibility to retrieve the box as quickly as possible. A package left in the sun, on a porch or in front of a door can quickly reach a dangerous temperature and cause the death of the queens.

We strongly recommend that you:

monitor the provided tracking number; ;
plan to be present on site at the estimated time of delivery; ;
have the package delivered to an address where someone can pick it up quickly; ;
Check your emails and delivery notifications regularly.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by a package left outside after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
