We also sell bees: packages, nucs, and queens. Thanks to our local woodworking shop, we manufacture durable beekeeping equipment, designed by and for beekeepers.

Frequently Asked Questions
You have 30 days following receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the following products:
- Hazardous Material
- Books
- Treatments for bees
- Taps (with or without nut)
The item must be in a "« like new »If the returned item is damaged or used, a restocking fee of 25 % or more will be applied according to the condition of the product.
Return/Standard Exchange Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For an exchange, the customer must also pay the shipping costs for the new item.
Our error or damaged product : If we made a mistake or the product arrived broken, we will cover the shipping costs.
Contact us as soon as possible with photos to support this. We will arrange for collection at our expense and send you the correct product free of charge after receiving the problematic item. Note: You are responsible for repackaging the product and providing us with the box dimensions/weight.
A copy of the original invoice is normally required. If you have lost it, please call us at 1-888-660-6665 and we will try to provide you with a new copy.
Propolis-etc… is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly advise you to:
- Keep your tracking number.
- Purchase shipping insurance from the carrier.
If an item is under warranty and malfunctions, it must be returned to our point of sale (587 3rd Range East, Sainte-Cécile-de-MiltonNote: The warranty covers the repair of the product to restore it to good condition, but does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement with a new product.
The refund will be issued to your credit card once we have received and inspected the returned item.
