In autumn, as soon as the honey is harvested and the feeder is installed, the entrance reducer is set to the smallest opening. Limiting looting is very important and provides increased protection against mice looking for a nest! Keep it like this until mid-December or when you feel winter has truly arrived. By then, the mice will have already found another home.
